Originally, Public Plus was a standalone web app we developed at Desquared, allowing users to register, digitize their loyalty cards, and access their rewards.
As Public’s ecommerce platform grew, Public Plus was integrated directly into their ecosystem, a transition we facilitated to ensure seamless functionality across all touchpoints—a hallmark of our adaptable product design.
Today, Public Plus is powered by Wave CXM, which has designed and implemented the entire loyalty strategy. From data-driven customer insights and personalized rewards to ongoing performance optimization, Wave CXM ensures the program's effectiveness and scalability.
This strategic approach focuses on boosting customer retention, engagement, and long-term growth, keeping Public+ at the forefront of customer loyalty programs.
